Fall Schedule

Mommy & Me 

(3 years old.) 

NEW CLASS for you and your little one. Two 6 week sessions. Aug. 12-Sept. 16. Oct. 14-Nov. 19. Toddlers interact with each other by waving hello, singing songs, using noise makers, completing an obstacle course, and dancing to the own beat of their heart. 

Small Studio w/ Ms. Kaylin 

Creative Movement 

(4 years old/PreK) 

Very basic ballet, motor skills development, shaping, creative process. 

One class per week for 45 minutes.

Small Studio w/ Ms. Kaylin

Primary 

(5 year olds/Kindergarten) 

Expanding ballet skills, continued motor skill development, mastery of leaping, skipping & jumping.

One class per week for 45 minutes.

Ballet Level I 

 (6 year olds/First Grade)        

Begin refining ballet technique and skills, vocabulary, and class etiquette.

One class per week for 1 hour

Small Studio w/ Ms. Renee

Ballet Level II

(7-8 year olds)

Continue refining ballet technique and skills, vocabulary, and class etiquette.

One class per week for 1 hour

Ballet Level III

(9-10 year olds)   

Expand understanding and mastery of ballet technique, vocabulary, class etiquette, artistry, and performance expectations.

    One class per week for 1 hour & 15 minutes  

Small Studio w/ Ms. Lauren 

Ballet Series Levels IV-VII

Continue refining and developing artistry, working towards the mastery of ballet techniques, vocabulary, class and performance expectations at each level. Students must be placed in the appropriate level by teachers/staff. Level VI students must be at least 11 years old. 

Students in Level IV must take two classes per week. 

Students in levels V, VI, or VII must take a minimum of two ballet classes per week.

Optional/Elective Classes 
Stretch & Strengthening

1 hour class 

NEW class, recommended for students in levels IV, V, VI, & VII.

Stretch in deeper ways you have never before. Uses equipment such as: stretch bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, foam rollers, therabands, etc. Develop core strength and toning of muscles. 

Small Studio. w/ Ms. Stacie 

Basic Pointe 

1 hour class 

Elective class, recommended for students in levels IV, V, VI or VII. Everyone who wants to strengthen their feet and develop the right alignment for Pointe is welcome.

Small Studio. w/ Ms. Kaylin  

Beginning & Advanced Modern 

1 hour class 

Elective class, beginning recommended for students in levels IV, & V. Advanced recommended for VI, & VII. Learn Modern Dance technique, vocabulary, floor and center work for advanced experienced levels.

Must be placed by teacher or staff.

Lyrical/Jazz

1 hour class

Join Ms. Stacie for a fun NEW class learning how to grow as a performer/artist, connect to musicality & development technique. Expand your choreography skills creating a dynamic class for all.

Come escape with dance improvisation by spontaneously moving your body in free ways exploring different ways creating artistry in a judgment free zone.

Variations 

1 hour class 

NEW CLASS Recommended for Levels VI/VII

Learn repertoire from Professional Ballet Companies all over the world. In ballet, a variation (sometimes referred to as a pas seul, meaning to dance alone) is a solo dance. In a classical grand pas de deux, the ballerina and danseur each perform a variation.

Conditioning

1 hour class 

Elective class, recommended for students in levels V, VI, & VII. Students for more

rigorous dance training with physical conditioning and stretching appropriate for dancers. 

Large Studio w/ Mr. Nick 

Tap 

1 hour class

Students must have tap shoes. 

Offering NEW this year Tap class for anyone with previous tap training to no experience at all. Beginner & Advanced Level classes. 

Small Studio w/ Ms. Stacie 

Hip-Hop

1 hour class

Come dance with Ms. Stacie during a 1 hour, high energy, upbeat, full of fun Hip-Hop class.  

Intermediate & Advanced

Yoga 

Brand new class coming this fall with the fabulous Yoga Instructor, Ms. Sheri YOU won't want to miss this mind releasing experience.

Adult Ballet

  • Open class for all levels 

  • Used to dance and miss expressing yourself through the art of ballet? It's never too late to start dancing again!

  • Many benefits- tones your muscles, builds flexibility, relieves stress, helps posture, builds endurance, enhances coordination and develops cognition. 

  • CLASS INCLUDES: CLASSICAL BALLET TECHNIQUE, POSITIVE ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT, JUDGE-FREE ZONE, TIME TO ESCAPE FROM THE DEMANDS OF OUR BUSY LIVES. EXERCISE TO BURN OFF EXCESS CALORIES ​

All offered to anyone 18 or older with dance experience to no dance experience.
